ENGINEERING
& PROJECT MANAGEMENT
-
ASI functions as the Prime contractor on major integrated
system installations for many of our Fortune 500 clients.
These projects are engineered, staged, and coordinated
from our Hazlet, New Jersey location by an experienced
operations staff. A key project team is organized for
every project, including a Project Manager who provides
single source responsibility for the project.
Our own employees typically install projects
in the New York metropolitan area. Where union requirements
prevail, we are accustomed to coordinating with Local
Union Electrical Contractors.
When required we can provide Bid and/or Performance
Bonds.

Project
Life Cycle Approach |
Our
project approach is based on our proven track record of
successfully implementing major projects, completing them
on time and within budget.
The customer’s primary contact for the duration of
the project is the Project Manager. This individual has
full responsibility for customer satisfaction and has the
authority to make any and all decisions, technical and administrative,
as required to meet our mutual objectives. It is our goal
to make every site a reference site.
We use industry-standard scheduling and management software
that utilizes a Critical Path method of Project Management.
A formal kick-off meeting takes place to assure all parties
have identical expectations.
After installation tasks are completed and the acceptance
testing is performed, the project is formally closed with
respect to original scope.
We now move to the warranty phase of the project where we
provide remote and on-site services as required to assure
a smooth transition to the new system. Prior to the end
of the warranty period we will submit our maintenance contract
for approval and the project moves to the Maintenance phase
where routine preventive and remedial services assure your
investment in the system is optimized.. |
